Role Overview
As a Content Creative Lead at Linqto, you'll shape and amplify the brand’s presence through captivating, social-first content. By blending audience-first creativity, innovative execution, and cultural awareness, you’ll develop meaningful content that resonates with progressive audiences passionate about investing, technology, and emerging trends. Your role is pivotal in defining Linqto’s tone, vision, and strategy across digital platforms, driving engagement, and positioning the brand as a leader in innovative financial investing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Linqto’s social and digital content, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across key platforms including X, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
- Create and oversee high-quality, social-first content that balances investing education with cultural relevance on key channels including YouTube and .com
- Drive and interest to stay ahead of investing and technology trends, leveraging insights to craft innovative and engaging content for progressive-minded audiences.
- Drive the use of AI tools and technologies to scale content production and foster experimentation with new creative formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that elevate Linqto’s presence in the investing space.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and optimize audience engagement.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, inspiring the team with bold ideas and unconventional thinking.
- Act as a hands-on creator, bringing ideas to life across various media formats including video, design, and interactive content.
- Maintain and push the boundaries of creative excellence throughout the content development process.
Qualifications
- Experience - 5+ years of experience showcasing track record as a content creator with a portfolio showcasing innovative, social-first campaigns.
- Expertise
- Deep expertise in social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-focused narratives.
- Technical
- Strong expertise in baseline critical tools including Adobe (Premiere, AfterEffects, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma.
- High proficiency with AI tools and technologies to create and optimize content with speed and scale.
- Marketing and Brand
- Knowledge of current and emerging cultural trends, with the ability to identify and integrate relevant insights into creative work.
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of marketing, branding, and audience engagement.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $90k-$130k commensurate with experience.
Salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Linqto’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
