If you are a HR Generalist with a passion for finding the right people and helping us build a best in class European HR organization, we have the following responsibilities for you:

Advising and supporting our managers and employees all over Europe in all matters relating to human resources management.
Responsibility for a varied job portfolio, coordination of the entire application process while advising our managers along the entire process on best recruitment strategy.
Managing the Interface between Hiring Managers and applicants and ensure positive and professional candidate journeys, including successful conclusion of contract.
Design and optimization of HR processes (Performance reviews, Compensation & Benefits, Reportings, HSSE etc.) as well as management of projects and change processes.

Your profile

Completed business studies in a relevant field (HR, business administration, labour law), preferably also commercial training as well as further training in human resources management
Sound knowledge of human resources and labor law issues as well as an understanding of business interrelationshipsÂ
At least 5 years relevant professional experience in operational human resources management, ideally as HR Business Partner in an international environment
Team player with independent, proactive working style and high social competence
Very strong communication skills at all levels as well as business fluent (written and spoken) both in German and English
Experienced handling of common MS-Office applications and (HR) systems
