Role Name: Membership Consultant - Fitness Industry (Pilates)

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Saturday 12 PM to 7 PM 30 minute unpaid break

Job Description

As an Inbound Sales Agent for our client’s exciting new Pilates studio chain, you’ll be at the heart of their growth strategy. You’ll handle warm leads generated from sophisticated meta-based marketing campaigns, guiding potential members through their journey from initial interest to full membership. This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise and wellness promotion, allowing you to make a real difference in people’s lives while contributing to the studio’s expansion. You’ll work with state-of-the-art CRM systems, leverage your communication skills, and play a crucial role in the success of this innovative fitness venture.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads generated from meta-based marketing campaigns
  • Utilize the gym sales CRM system to efficiently track and follow up with potential clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to successful membership sign-up
  • Articulate the benefits of various Pilates membership plans and packages to potential customers
  • Meet and exceed conversion targets, directly contributing to the studio’s growth objectives
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of Pilates and sales techniques
Requirements
  • Proven track record in inbound sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly gym sales software or similar platforms
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets
  • Basic understanding of Pilates or a strong willingness to learn about the practice and its benefits
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
  • Adaptability and quick learning skills to keep up with evolving sales strategies and industry trends
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals
