Description

We seek a daring Ad Tech Product Manager to supercharge product development for Nitro and Overwolf App! As a fearless innovator, you’ll develop groundbreaking solutions that empower publishers to maximize ad revenue and user engagement. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, you’ll lead the charge in enhancing monetization strategies, refining targeting capabilities, streamlining operations, and safeguarding data privacy. Your mission will be to deliver powerful integrations and features that address publisher needs, harness analytics, and stay ahead of the ever-evolving landscape of programmatic and ad tech innovation.

This role is open to candidates eligible to work across the UK. It is a fully remote role that requires occasional travel.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop tools, features, and unique ad formats to empower publishers and app developers to optimize ad inventory and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Lead the integration of third-party ad tech solutions, managing RFPs, alignment with vendors, and technical requirements.
  • Design and optimize internal tools to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Yield Ops, Ad Ops, and Brand Partnership teams to deliver seamless integrations that support publisher needs.
  • Track key performance indicators, user feedback, and ad metrics to continuously optimize product offerings and enhance monetization.
  • Ensure all product offerings comply with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while enabling publishers to manage audience data effectively.
  • Journey to the lairs of mythical beasts to recover long-lost treasures that unlock new monetization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing ad tech products tailored for publishers, with expertise in programmatic advertising, monetization, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ad tech stacks and tools, including SSP, DSP, GAM, Prebid, and programmatic workflows.
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a track record of delivering products that drive publisher revenue and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to align product vision with market needs.
  • Proficiency in dungeon crawling, with bonus points for stealth abilities and trap disarming skills.
