We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

As a key member of the DX Global Content team, this role will lead DX Marketing content production and delivery across JAPAC, connect the JAPAC Digital Experience (DX) Marketing org with the Global DX Marketing Content org, and drive marketing content creation and localisation across JAPAC.

The role will work closely with senior marketing leaders in the region to prioritize and plan, and deliver high-quality content at pace, in alignment with regional marketing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and content marketing, and deep understanding of regional nuances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage senior leaders in JAPAC DX Marketing org to understand their content needs and prioritisation.
  • Actively contribute to global content strategy, providing recommendations and insights from JAPAC to influence global content priorities.
  • Collaborate with global content teams to ensure regional needs are considered in the development of content frameworks, guidelines, and campaigns.
  • Develop a strategic content roadmap for the region aligned with business objectives, audience needs, and regional demands.
  • Coordinate the adaptation, localisation and translation process, collaborating with in-house content production teams and external agencies to ensure accurate and culturally relevant content.
  • Drive internal dissemination of content throughout JAPAC marketing, in collaboration with key regional leaders.
  • Manage the regional content creation budget and track spending, maximising results and ensuring efficient use of funds and resources.
  • Document and enable content teams on specific JAPAC regional nuances, and advocate for content production with the region in mind.
  • Contribute to content management system design and decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of content management experience, preferably within B2B or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record working with senior marketing leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong understanding of content workflows, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with cultural and business nuances across the JAPAC region.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and translation management systems is a plus.
  • Native/Fluent in English. Additional major regional languages knowledge is a plus.
