Job Description

Responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services, typically a limited number of the company’s offerings, focused on strategic or specialized technology. This role generally concentrates on a single product or product line with an overlay quota. Usually assigned specific accounts, the candidate is brought into opportunities as they arise.

The candidate may also coordinate with sales and technical teams to support product sales and serve as a technical expert to develop, present, and close sales proposals and system solutions. This intermediate-level professional works on projects of moderate scope or varied tasks requiring resourcefulness, self-initiative, and sound independent judgment.

The role requires a developing functional knowledge to assess issues, recommend solutions, and guide less experienced team members. The candidate may also propose new procedures as needed.

The candidate should have a proven track record in selling enterprise-level products or services, ideally within the private equity sector. They should possess the skills to identify and engage decision-makers at high levels, understanding the unique needs and expectations of private equity clients. This role requires expertise in navigating complex sales cycles, with the ability to tailor solutions that align with strategic investment goals. Strong consultative selling skills, coupled with the ability to articulate value propositions for sophisticated financial and operational products, are essential to succeed in this role. The candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for building lasting client relationships, ensuring alignment between the product offerings and the client's portfolio strategies.

Minimally requires a Master's degree, and 4 years of related experience.
