What will you do?

As an Affiliate Manager at Midnite, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our affiliate program. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing affiliates, negotiating impactful deals, and ensuring our acquisition targets are within budget. By collaborating closely with other marketing channels, you’ll unlock synergies that maximise performance while identifying key affiliates to increase exposure and revenue. Your ability to proactively network and onboard new partners will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate reach and ensuring long-term commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with affiliates to drive revenue and exposure.
• Negotiate deals, promotions, and incentives to achieve acquisition targets within budget.
• Continuously review and optimise affiliate agreements to ensure commercial efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with other marketing channels to align strategies and maximise performance.
• Proactively network to identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with new affiliates.

Essential Experience

• Must be based in the UK.
• Minimum 2+ years of iGaming experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming Affiliate systems such as Income Access or NetRefer.
• Proven track record of negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on commercial success.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
