Job Description
The HR Advisor (also known as HR Associate internally) will handle a variety of HR-related matters, including health & safety, leave types, employee relations, sick leave management, and performance management. Although the role is primarily focused on HR practices in the Dutch context, the ability to advise on HR practices across Europe is essential.
The HR Advisor may also be appointed as the dedicated HR Advisor for certain client(s), fulfilling all their in-house HR needs for one or two days a week for a specified period. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer relations are key responsibilities.
This is an exciting and broad role, where you will work with a small but seasoned team, thereby greatly expanding your knowledge of employment law and experience in various sectors. It is a role that demands determination and courage!
Skills Required
Must: Experience with case management, English, Dutch, HBO, Knowledge of Dutch employment law
What You Get

Job Responsibilities
- Absence management and acting as Case Manager for clients' employees
- Recruitment & selection of employees for clients
- Drafting and reviewing Employee Handbooks and other policies and procedures
- Acting as clients in-house HR Advisor on a temporary basis
- Investigating and advising on Collective Labour Agreements and applicable mandatory pension funds
- Advising clients on the full range of HR subjects and assisting with employee consultations where necessary
- Advising on GDPR compliance, including preparing or reviewing relevant documents and policies
- Participating in meetings with (potential) clients
