Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales lead generation, with a proven ability to create and implement strategies independently. 
  • Experience with cold calling and email campaigns, with excellent English, communication, and persuasion skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage lists, prioritize leads, and keep detailed records of outreach and progress. 
  • Ability to work autonomously, driving results through self-motivation and initiative, with minimal need for supervision. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other lead-tracking software, ensuring smooth workflow and follow-up on potential leads.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including creating and managing cold call and email campaigns for the client. 
  • Build and manage cold call lists, identifying target leads, and ensuring high-quality outreach efforts. 
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective leads, using a 1-2-3 scale: gathering contact info (1), making contact (2), and getting leads interested and vetted (3). 
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments once a lead reaches stage 3, handing them off to the sales team for the final sales call. 
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and conversion rates. 
  • Work independently with minimal oversight, taking initiative to meet lead generation goals and contribute to business growth.
