Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Client Success to ensure our clients’ satisfaction and long-term retention. Your primary responsibility will be to keep clients happy by overseeing campaign progress, offering strategic insights, and ensuring consistent communication. You will play a critical role in building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and securing case studies or referrals. Responsibilities:
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Proactively manage relationships with clients, ensuring their happiness and long-term retention.

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring they understand campaign progress and how it aligns with their business goals.

  • Campaign Reporting: Regularly communicate campaign performance, deliver updates, and address any concerns or areas for improvement.

  • Client Retention Strategy: Implement strategies to maximize client retention, reducing churn and enhancing long-term value.

  • Upsell & Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or scale client accounts by recognizing their evolving needs.

  • Referrals & Case Studies: Seek out opportunities for referrals and collect case studies that showcase client successes.



Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Client Success Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in a B2B setting and US focused. 

  • Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing and retaining high-value clients.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to provide actionable insights and campaign strategies that align with client goals.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.

  • Performance Monitoring: Proficient in using performance data to drive conversations and strategy.

  • Upselling Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and successfully execute upsell strategies.

  • Organization & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

  • Fluent English: Native or fluent proficiency in English.



Benefits
Location: 
Remote (Anywhere in South Africa)

Working hours: (Varies based on Daylight Savings Time - starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November)
9-5 MST Time Zone (5pm - 1am SA Time)
9-5 CST Time Zone (4pm - 12am SA Time)

Salary Range:
R25k basic + commission
