About the role:

As Senior HR Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in Cygnific’s HR operations, ensuring our HR systems and processes meet the needs of our global workforce. You’ll manage and optimise our HR systems, lead process improvements, and support our team with efficient, compliant HR administration.

 

Here’s a closer look at what you’ll do and what you can expect from this role:
  • Lead system optimisation: Develop an efficient personnel information system (AFAS) structure that meets HR and organisational needs.

  • Act as a system expert: Advise users and lead projects to enhance system functionality.

  • Support HR operations: Collaborate with HR managers, advisors, and partners to execute administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and provide seamless user support.

  • Manage HR administrative activities: Forecast and oversee HR administrative tasks to ensure reliable service across the organisation.
