Are you ready to make a difference? As a Call Center Agent for our growing towing and roadside assistance company, you’ll play a vital role in helping drivers get back on the road. We proudly serve customers across the United States and parts of Canada, ensuring they receive top-notch support when they need it most.

This full-time, office-based role is located in the heart of Baku, Azerbaijan. You’ll work under Pacific Standard Time (PST) and enjoy weekly pay. If you’re a strong communicator with excellent computer skills and a passion for helping people, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
  • Support Customers in Need: Handle inbound calls from customers in North America, providing quick and reliable assistance.
  • Turn Inquiries into Solutions: Convert leads into towing jobs by understanding customer needs and recommending services.
  • Be the Voice of Reassurance: Offer a calm and empathetic presence to customers during stressful situations.
  • Stay Organized: Accurately log all customer interactions and job details into our system.
