¡Bienvenido a ALTEN México! Somos una empresa líder en ingeniería y tecnología que se especializa en proveer soluciones innovadoras para una amplia gama de industrias incluyendo Automotriz, Energía, Aeronáutica, Banca y Seguros, Telecomunicaciones y Multimedia, y Ferroviaria. Actualmente estamos buscando un Project Cost Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto gestionará los aspectos financieros de los proyectos, como la redacción, el control de presupuestos, la creación de informes y el seguimiento de cambios. También coordina reuniones y mejora procesos. Se requiere experiencia en finanzas, sistemas como MEDDS y SAP, y habilidades en Excel y PowerPoint.

Actividades Generales:

  • Redacción y gestión de proyectos.
  • Control de presupuestos y previsiones financieras.
  • Creación de informes financieros y análisis de variaciones.
  • Supervisión de cambios en los proyectos y requisiciones.
  • Coordinación de reuniones de inversión.
  • Mantenimiento de flujos de trabajo y mejoras de procesos.
  • Realización de análisis y tareas especiales.

Requirements

  • Conocimiento en finanzas y contabilidad
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint
  • Experiencia con sistemas como MEDDS y SAP
  • Gestión de presupuestos y previsiones financieras
  • Análisis de datos financieros
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de informes y presentación
  • Gestión de proyectos y planificación
