Your challenge:
As our Operations Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our operations team with data-driven insights and scalable solutions. You'll lead the charge in building robust data models, crafting intuitive dashboards, and designing precise forecasting models that elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborating across teams, you will ensure data accessibility and clarity, enabling informed decision-making at every level of the Taxfix Group.
Your responsibilities:
Structure and model operational data from diverse sources using tools like dbt and Snowflake, creating a scalable foundation for future growth.
Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards in Looker, empowering teams to access and monitor key performance indicators.
Design and refine forecasting models to analyze historical trends and predict future operations across multiple channels, aiding resource and headcount planning.
Analyze workload and operational data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improved team efficiency.
Explore customer behavior patterns to enhance satisfaction and effectively manage customer load.
Collaborate with the operations team to collect and prioritize data requirements, ensuring their critical needs are met promptly.
Act as the bridge between operations and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights and use cases for AI and LLM integration.
Your profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics roles such as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.
Proficiency in SQL, with foundational experience in dbt for data modeling.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and advanced spreadsheet functions.
Understanding of statistical models, especially related to forecasting.
Analytical thinker with a strong business mindset and a results-driven approach.
Exceptional communication skills to simplify and convey complex concepts effectively.
Fluent in both German and English.
Experience with operations tools such as Zendesk or Intercom is a plus.
