Job Description: Outbound Caller 

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Outbound Caller to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role involves contacting potential customers one day after our sales representatives conduct in-home appointments and following up with customers 15 days after their estimates are completed. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable working with technology, and skilled at fostering positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers:
    • 1 day after in-home sales appointments.
    • 15 days post-estimate completion.
    • Daily, weekly huddles with Team Lead.
  • Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner to address questions, provide updates, and encourage next steps in the sales process.
  • Use a CRM system to track interactions, update customer records, and manage follow-ups.
  • Utilize a soft phone system and texting tools to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved or routed to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes on customer interactions for internal team use.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Phone Skills: Exceptional soft phone skills with the ability to build rapport, persuade, and engage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be well-spoken, easy to talk to, and skilled at building rapport with customers.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, soft phone applications, and texting tools.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Professionalism: Polite, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Self-Starter: Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
