Location: Remote based

Are you currently studying towards your ACCA qualification and eager to build a career in finance? Join our team as a Finance Assistant and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment!

The role
You will be joining a dynamic finance team that supports a global research agency. This crucial position will be responsible for
 
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Processing and preparing financial statements
  • Creating, sending and following up invoices issued to clients.
  • Dealing with multicurrency transactions.
  • Auditing financial statements.
  • Supporting the finance team in preparing reports, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Helping with month-end and year-end close processes.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role and ideally experienced in project invoicing.
  • Currently studying towards ACCA or a similar finance qualification.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn finance software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong drive to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
