Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
• Contract: Independent Contractor
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• HMO
• 8:00am to 5:00pm London, UK time

Job Description:
• Participate in morning team briefings via Zoom at 8am UK time
• Use initiative to work independently and collaboratively on projects, offering advice on areas for potential business improvement
• Enhance our internal operations by sourcing and creating solutions to improve infrastructure
• Manage documentation, ensuring that all materials align with our brand guidelines; this includes formatting presentations, welcome packs, etc.
• Conduct monthly competitor and market analysis, providing insightful reports
• Convert Health & Safety monthly news and updates into engaging blog posts (training provided for this)
• Manage internal simple projects and tasks on Basecamp and Monday.com, demonstrating self-efficiency and accountability
• Assist with the presentation of documentation for internal purposes
• Manage our social media calendar, ensuring timely posting
• Oversee our Diversity & Inclusion calendar, demonstrating an understanding and commitment to these values
• Create courses via THINKIFIC (training will be provided)
• Stand in for Client Service Support as necessary during periods of annual leave of our support team

Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt communication styles when dealing with clients from different sectors, e.g., corporate and fitness
• Background in Occupational Health and Safety
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn
• Familiarity with Google Drive

Technical Requirements:
• Windows Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation, Operating System: Windows 10 and up
• Mac Processor with an Operating System of Catalina and up
• RAM: 8GB and up
• At least 25 Mbps internet speed
