Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with 30minutes paid break

The client, a leading technology consulting firm specializing in automation, chatbots, digital marketing, IT staffing, and managed IT services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Executive.

The ideal candidate will handle general administrative tasks and client coordination, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.


Responsibilities:

  • Address and respond to client inquiries via phone/email platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and optimize administrative processes.


Requirements
