Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s data-driven approach to lead generation in the mortgage industry. You’ll use state-of-the-art CRM tools to engage potential clients, explaining refinancing options and potential savings to homeowners. Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to leads generated from our proprietary data platform
  • Clearly explain mortgage refinancing options and potential savings to homeowners
  • Utilize custom CRM tool to manage leads, track calls, and progress prospects through sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed set quotas for call volume and successful conversions
  • Collaborate with in-house underwriters to pass qualified leads for loan processing
  • Stay current on mortgage products and industry trends
  • Adhere to telemarketing regulations and compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven track record in telesales or cold calling, preferably in financial services or real estate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software platforms
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, understandable terms
  • Resilience and positive attitude in high-volume calling environment
  • Basic understanding of mortgage products and real estate market (comprehensive training provided)
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
