This is a remote position.
Simultaneously lead multiple projects of varying sizes, from small to large, encompassing the full spectrum of planning and implementation within data annotation projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensurethat all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Develop and document project standard operating procedures and documentation in different media.
Experience in responding to RFQs, building SLAs, SOPs, and all project management documentation
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide project team members.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede project progress.
Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team and stakeholders. Client Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality project results.
Act as the point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to clients.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
Quality Assurance:
Create a quality control policy to ensure the accuracy and consistency of annotated data.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of annotated data to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Develop and enforce data annotation standards and best practices. Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
Requirements
Qualifications: Education: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. ● PMP,PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a mandatory requirement. Experience: ● Minimumof5-7 years of project management experience in the data annotation. ● Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams. ● Deep understanding of data annotation processes, tools, and technologies, especially in the computer vision and NLP domains. Skills: ● Excellent leadership and team management skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., ClickUp, MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.). ● Proficiency in slides, Google Sheets. ● Solid understanding of Computer Vision projects. ● Proficiency in Computer Vision Annotation Tool (e.g. CVAT, Supervisely, Encord, Superannotate, Labelbox, V7 etc). ● Excellent command of English, both in written and oral communication. ● Excellent time-management, organization, multi-tasking, and financial skills. ● Ability to problem solve and think strategically in a deadline-driven environment. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
