Air Liquide Home Healthcare (HHC) is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for Industry and Healthcare. Air Liquide HHC empowers patients who have sleep apnea or require home oxygen therapy through ongoing respiratory support and compliance.
We are currently recruiting an energetic and motivated full-time Area Manager for the Northern ON Area. The Manager will oversee Sudbury, New Lskeard, Timmins and Sault Ste Marie branches. The Area Manager will lead the business development and operations in their area pertaining to the Home Healthcare business including, but not limited to, respiratory and sleep apnea businesses.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across branches, focusing on increasing market share, enhancing profitability, and optimizing branch performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts to expand respiratory services and patient base.
Accountable for achieving the territory’s financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oxygen and Sleep businesses.
Expand the B2B sales model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other industry partners to grow the customer base and referral network.
Lead and manage a team of employees across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Drive team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance management.
Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing staff, addressing performance, and promoting continuous improvement.
Recruit new staff when approved with support from Regional Director and Human Resources Department.
Lead the clinical (HCP) team- in collaboration with Sales Manager - to drive referrals from key accounts and referral sources
Responsible for the efficient and cost effective implementation of Home Healthcare processes and procedures at area level.
Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure that products, assets and inventory used in Home Healthcare operations are maintained according to internal procedures and traced properly.
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure that staff are properly trained and qualified and re-qualified as required by industry regulations
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set development goals for team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
Works closely with the Sales team to develop the business for the business area.

Are you a MATCH?
Here’s what you will need
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.
5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen with a focus on financial performance
Relationship building and B2B sales expertise
Customer-focused with an emphasis on driving referral marketing
Experience in a role that has financial accountability and managing P&L.
Valid Driver’s License
