What YOU will do:

  • You will support licence management for our PLM software by maintaining and working with contract management for new software licences. 
  • You will perform as a Business Analyst acting as a liaison between the business and the software development team understanding business requirements and translating those requirements for the software development team. 
  • You will be responsible for vendor management of our third-party development teams managing contracts and contractors. 
  • You will perform PLM Audits and tracking user accounts and roles.  
  • You will develop reports for support ticket analytics using ServiceNow and PowerBI on a weekly and monthly basis.   
  • You will be responsible for managing the administration of Disaster Recovery for each of our Collins sites. 
  • You will manage our third-party training vendor and courses.

  • You will learn how to manage relationships between the software development team and the business unit end users.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role
  • This position can be remote or in person at a Collins location.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with TeamCenter PLM, ServiceNow and PowerBI.
  • Experience with business analytics.
  • Experience of working in an engineering environment, preferably in aerospace
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and written/oral communication skills. 
  • Experience with relationship management with customers.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
