For Rabobank Utrecht we are looking for a PowerApps/LowCode Developer focusses on RPA & Low-Code:

We work so-called T-shaped so that is why everyone will assume the title of RPA & Low-Code Engineer. What is key for us is that you are part of a team with a mission, so it's up to you to take ownership and deliver great projects together with our team.
You & your position
Your will work in a diverse and dynamic team works with the latest technologies that translate work in a way that a robot can take over. You dare to go against the grain and take Rabobank to 'The Next Level'. A responsibility with impact, which you shape as a Robotics Engineer where you work at the intersection of Business and IT. Your core task is to build automation solutions for various operational domains within Rabobank. You enjoy creating new solutions together with the business stakeholders. You like developing high volume enterprise wide applications and like to learn new technologies. You do not hesitate to challenge the business when needed and provide them with solutions they havent thought of. We position these robots within the departments as "virtual colleagues" which enable us to make our organization more efficient for the short or long term, but also to relieve our colleagues of repetitive and sometimes frustrating work. This is how the Robotics team makes the work of our colleagues within the bank more fun!
You will be applying for one of our Engineering teams. Every team consists of 5-8 team members and is focussed on a particular domain such as Customer Care (RKS), Fighting Economical Crime (FEC) or Digital Customer Processes (DCP). The engineers in the teams are T-shaped and have very different backgrounds but all al lot experience with the applications and robots that are built and managed by the team. They like to work together on projects collectively and individually where needed. The teams mainly work from home and come to the office at least once a week to work together, although you are free to come to the office more frequently.

- You are able to embrace innovation, analyse processes and make a technical translation of it and implement it. No day will be the same in this field;

- Robotics is growing strongly, so it is crucial that you are able to reflect and adapt quickly.
We value personal growth very much, so there will be plenty opportunity to grow in this role and since we are growing as department there will also be opportunities found there, but the initiative for this lies with yourself.
Working as a Robotics Engineer is extremely varied and therefore never boring. On one assignment I am building a robot and on another assignment I am developing a power app to support the business in their daily work. That variety in work, the opportunity to develop yourself and also help determine what your next assignment will be, is why this is such a great position. I feel a lot of ownership of my projects and am proud when for example a new robot goes live.

With each other we join forces to build robots that enable our organization to create even more added value for the bank and thus be able to serve our customers even better. The team was founded 7 years ago and we have grown rapidly over the years and are still expanding. We have grown into a department of around 100 colleagues. We believe in the power of differences. The mission of the 100 people in the area is to make automation solutions to relieve other parts of the organizations repetitive work. We work together in Agile teams to maximize the impact that we can make within Rabobank.
You & Your talent
- Customer focus, collaboration, analysis and enthusing others are indispensable for this position as a Robotics Engineer. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything from the checklist below:
- HBO or University working and thinking level;
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the area of app development;
- Well versed in English and Dutch is a pre;
- Experience with PowerApps / Logic apps / app development is a must;
It is a pre if you have experience with Kofax RPA or UiPath.
Knowledge off Typescript / Java / Javascript is a pre.
- Experience with SQL queries is a must;
- Experience with new technologies, it is an advantage if you master a programming language;
- Flexibility in attitude and behaviour, will step up in the face of adversity;
- You like change, puzzling and can work well in a dynamic environment;
- Collaboration and communication skills are important;
- Business analysis and process analysis skills are a plus;
- Taking personal responsibility and taking initiative is important;
- Strong will to learn in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
Additional information:
- All departments are working hybrid;
- Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Rabobanks Collective Labour Agreement. This assignment is placed in scale 9;
