Due to our continued growth and development, SCOPE is currently looking for a Cloud Solutions Specialist to form part of our team on a full-time basis within a hybrid working environment to contribute towards our ever-growing success.

What You'll Do
As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, your role will be to research and implement cloud technology to be able to streamline cloud accounting processes for various clients. The goal is to help clients leverage the power of cloud technology to enhance their financial management and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Explore and stay updated on cloud accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books).
- Assess features like invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, and integrations.
- Recommend industry-specific solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Assist with reporting using advanced tools.
Implementation & Data Migration
- Collaborate with clients’ finance and IT teams to plan smooth software implementations.
- Ensure seamless migration of financial data from legacy systems.
- Set up accounts, tax rates, and user permissions.
- Provide hands-on support during cloud adoption phases
Process Re-engineering
- Analyze existing accounting workflows and identify pain points.
- Design optimized workflows using cloud solutions.
- Integrate cloud accounting with other systems like CRM and payroll.
- Automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
What We're Looking For
- Partly qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ACA or equivalent).
- Experience working in an accounting/audit practice.
- Highly conversant with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in inventory-based business operations is a plus.
- Background in finance, ERP or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, and similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience in working with SaaS, accounting, payroll, audit and cloud marketplaces including Xero, Zoho & Quickbooks would be considered an asset.
