Schedule: 40 hours a week

Benefits: Fully remote position, 40 hours annually Paid Time Off, 2 Days Off

Rate:  PKR 250,000/month

Job Summary

Nao Medical is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's social media presence, creating innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message. You will play a pivotal role in managing design and branding requests, ensuring all internal and external content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement.

  • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in voice and brand style.

  • Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for new services and company initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and insights for campaign development.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.


Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other company divisions to stay informed on company developments and needs.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among departments to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.


Design and Branding Management:

  • Oversee design requests for both internal and external content, ensuring they meet our brand standards and objectives.

  • Collaborate with designers and other creative team members to produce high-quality, impactful materials.

  • Maintain and update branding guidelines and ensure they are adhered to across all company materials.


Requirements
  • Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.

  • Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.

  • RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.

  • Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.

  • Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.

  • Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.

  • Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages are in place.

  • Our company is based in New York so you must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time


Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Preferably MBA Or Master/Bachelor in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics.

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media management and campaign development.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools. Must be able to show success in building/managing a digital brand following.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
