As a Legal Counsel at Influ2, you will become a key player in shaping the legal strategies of a fast-growing, global business. You'll lead impactful contract negotiations, ensure compliance across borders, and provide strategic legal guidance that drives business success. What you'll do:

Review and negotiate on client and vendor contracts.

Manage and oversee contract administration.

Handle the legal aspects of intellectual property assets.

Conduct legal research and knowledge base enrichment.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in commercial contracts worldwide.

Strong background in legal support of intellectual property administration, including protection and regulatory compliance.

Educational background: Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of International Law (MIL).

Would be a plus:

Experience as an IT in-house lawyer.

Familiarity with online marketing and ads.

Working knowledge of the US legal environment.

Skills:

Upper-Intermediate English is essential.
