Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
  • Primarily focused on calendar and email management
  • May involve access to various business software platforms
  • Potential for expanded responsibilities in the future, such as travel planning or phone call management

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize complex calendars for two executives
  • Handle and prioritize email communications, including drafting responses when appropriate
  • Monitor various communication platforms and alert executives to urgent matters
  • Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems
  • Hold executives accountable for tasks and deadlines
  • Participate in daily check-in calls to discuss priorities and tasks
  • Exercise critical thinking to identify and solve potential issues proactively
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in using various software platforms and willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Comfortable working in U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours
