Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Monday to Friday,  Flexible work schedule within client's business hours in Melbourne, Victoria. Australia time

Client timezone:  Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Role Objective: Identify and drive business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Australia, focusing on infrastructure and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives targeting Australian market
  • Manage comprehensive tender processes for government and private sector projects
  • Prepare compelling proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Craft and submit competitive bids for infrastructure and construction projects
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in business development within Australian construction/infrastructure markets
  • Proven track record of successful tender management
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and bidding strategies
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian construction industry regulations and trends
