This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Monday to Friday, Flexible work schedule within client's business hours in Melbourne, Victoria. Australia time

Client timezone: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Role Objective: Identify and drive business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Australia, focusing on infrastructure and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives targeting Australian market
Manage comprehensive tender processes for government and private sector projects
Prepare compelling proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Craft and submit competitive bids for infrastructure and construction projects
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients

Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience in business development within Australian construction/infrastructure markets
Proven track record of successful tender management
Strong understanding of tendering processes and bidding strategies
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
In-depth knowledge of Australian construction industry regulations and trends
