Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re Level, a fast-moving and fast-growing US-based company connecting work-from-home Filipinos (Virtual Assistants) with our clients located in the US. In the past few years, our company has seen rapid and exponential growth. Our client is from a nanny staffing industry specializing in matching highly qualified household staff, including nannies, with families in need of support. They are committed to providing personalized solutions with a rigorous screening process to ensure trust and reliability. They are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who will focus on quality and professionalism—someone who is detail-oriented and loves keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls from candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Provide candidates' status updates.
  • Help candidates log into their profiles and make updates,
  • Answer inquiries about the company and recruitment process.
  • Keep the database organized and up to date.
  • Upload and manage candidate documents to the database efficiently.
  • Post job openings online across various platforms.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET
Rate: $5.50/hour
