Job description

Ready to be a Titan? 

We’re looking for a customer backed, data-driven messaging expert and execution-oriented product marketer to own product narrative, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy for Service Titan’s Enterprise customer audience.

What you'll do: 

  • Define and lead Product Marketing’s strategic role in B2B- diagnose the state of enterprise go-to-market, establish the purpose, scope, and impact of product marketing within the Enterprise segment.

  • Validate our ideal customer profile, including target firmographics and buyer roles.

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that inspires customers and drives action. Educate both internal and external audiences on our value propositions.

  • Strategize with sales leadership to develop and deliver sales enablement plans and sales programs to drive pipe generation and progression. Oversee the material development process, co-own the numbers. 

  • Develop go-to-market strategy, execute campaigns, and collaborate with customer success to drive product adoption and growth. Prove efficacy with testing and success metrics.

  • Serve as ServiceTitan’s center of excellence for Field Marketing and PMM partnership. Partner with Field Marketing to shape content strategy, event briefs, and performance metrics for conferences, executive speaking series, and other activations. 

  • Develop high-level content strategies and creative briefs for full-funnel content including: executive thought leadership pieces, case studies, playbooks, webinars, and video scripts. Propose a content calendar. 

  • Partner with Sales & Customer Marketing to develop customer references, testimonials, case studies, claims, and other social proof assets for external and internal use.

  • Influence the product roadmap by continually refining and synthesizing your understanding of the market, competition and customers we serve.

  • Understand customer needs through market analysis, surveys, interviews, win-loss and product usage data. Use understanding to impact strategy.

What you'll need: 

  • 9+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with experience in mid-market (50-1000 employees) and Enterprise audiences. 

  • Ability to create compelling narratives and positioning at both the product and audience levels, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong curiosity, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills, leveraging data to address challenges.

  • Execution-oriented, with a track record of driving and launching go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement, and content.

  • Influential collaborator, skilled in working with cross-functional teams and various organizational levels.

  • Excellent planning abilities, with a history of managing competing priorities and advancing multiple projects.

  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly organized.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including editing and coaching.

  • Deep understanding of primary B2B activations, including the sales process, field marketing, and what excellent product marketing support looks like for both

  • Experience conducting user and market research.

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus but not necessary.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $218,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
