About the role
Do you excel in high-volume recruitment and have a talent for attracting top candidates for large hiring initiatives? We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing national cohorts team for a 6-month opportunity.
You will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting talent for high-volume roles. You'll own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
This is a 6-month opportunity that can be based out of Montreal, Laval, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver or St Johns.
What you'll do here:
Develop, plan, and deliver full-cycle recruitment activities to attract the best talent, both active and passive.
Create compelling job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct engaging phone or video interviews
Provide interview support for hiring managers, offer compensation recommendations, and manage the background check and offer process
Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, becoming their go-to recruitment advisor
Participate in recruitment events and help promote Intact Financial Corporation as a Canadian Top Employer
Stay current with recruitment trends by attending industry events, webinars, and other learning opportunities
Use various sourcing methods to build a high-quality talent pool and strong candidate pipelines
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Human Resources Consultants, and business leaders to facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
What you bring to the table:
High-volume recruitment experience in a corporate environment preferred
Diploma in Human Resources or any equivalent experience
Bilingual in French and English is required as you will be interacting with colleagues across the country
Excellent ability to consult, communicate, and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$60,200.00 - $90,400.00
