This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Billing Process: Manage the collections process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions (INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Optimize Collections Processes: Oversee large-scale collections initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in claims management and collections.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. There will be a brief Excel test as part of the interview process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare billing procedures and insurance claim processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
