Our client, one of the fastest-growing healthtech and healthcare services companies in the nation, is urgently seeking an experienced Medical Claims and Revenue Manager. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Billing Process: Manage the collections process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions (INDEX MATCH, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS) for data analysis and reporting.
Optimize Collections Processes: Oversee large-scale collections initiatives to maximize revenue.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in claims management and collections.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. There will be a brief Excel test as part of the interview process.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare billing procedures and insurance claim processes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
