Job description

We are currently recruiting Casual positions for our Customer Care Specialist role.

Do Work that Matters

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Concierge and welcome calls

  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections

  • Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available to start in March , with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shifts

  • You must be available to work from our Collins Street office, once a fortnight

  • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability

  • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 5 weeks, 15 hours per week on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm

  • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period

  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
