About the Role

The key focus for Tech recruiters will be to understand the Engineering talent landscape in the SaaS/Product organizations in the Indian market. Cultivate the relationship with potential candidates, and generate active candidate pipelines to meet the hiring goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source & Screen - Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across sales functions. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and effectively evaluate candidates for current and expected upcoming hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborating, advising, and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers right from recruitment kickoff strategy meetings to candidate negotiations and onboarding. Calibrate with hiring managers frequently on candidates, progress, and challenges.
  • Candidate Experience & Cultivation - Provide high touch experience throughout theentire recruiting process and build relationship with passive candidates and cultivate them for future opportunities.
  • Onboarding - Conduct career, growth & compensation conversations with the shortlisted candidates. Understand the drivers and pitch Browserstack’s value proposition and close the offer. Follow the rigorous post-offer engagement process and ensure candidates are onboarded
  • Reporting - Accurately maintaining, tracking, and reporting on recruitment metrics to improve service levels

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate environment, preferably from an engineering hiring background with a strong network of candidates
  • Strong Engineering Talent Landscape Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the tech ecosystem in India and abroad, preferably from B2B SaaS/ Product organizations
  • Fair understanding of comp structure, ESOPs, RSUs
  • Experienced in direct sourcing - LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.
  • Great organization skills: Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of all issues.
