Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Product/Project Manager with a deep understanding of online marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and CR (Conversion Rate). You will oversee the development and scaling of our online educational products, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time. This is a fully remote, key position, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination of the development of educational products.
  • Optimize team performance and project outcomes through process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development teams.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR (Conversion Rate), and other relevant KPIs.
  • Ensure all projects align with business objectives and are completed on time and within scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3−5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within marketing-driven projects.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, LTV, ROAS, CR, etc.).
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
