CIBC Bank USA seeks a Compliance Reporting & Analytics Manager to drive the development of analytics solutions, automate reporting processes, and improve data integrity. Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements, legacy data models, and legacy risk models to develop Risk Appetite Statements (RAS) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI). Contribute to the compilation, tracking, monitoring, and escalation of metric breaches. Collaborate with data management and compliance teams to identify, classify, and catalog compliance data in accordance with CIBC’s data standards. Support the development of compliance risk analytics, including risk analysis, risk data processes, metadata management, data quality monitoring, data reconciliation, and data oversight. Facilitate and coordinate information gathering for compliance-related reporting to the senior management committee and the board of directors. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with data modeling, data analytics, and end-to-end data process analysis to catalog compliance data elements. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience working with relational databases to design and build centralized reporting data warehouses for compliance reporting; 5 years of experience with using SQL to perform historical data analysis, identify outliers, and establish quantitative thresholds for Risk Appetite Statement metrics; 5 years of experience with preparing compliance reports and documenting critical data elements related to core compliance reports; and 2 years of experience with using Power BI or Tableau to develop visualizations, identify key trends, and avoid manual reporting errors.

Job location: New York, NY.  RATE OF PAY: $122,800.00 - $204,600.00 per year.
