Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for building meaningful partnerships and driving growth. The KK Group is looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to help expand our revolutionary collective of brands globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the sex-positive community and play a key role in aligning our group of companies with impactful partners around the world.

About the Role:

As the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships that will propel the KK Group forward. You will work on bringing in new affiliate partners, promoting collaborations, and securing brands and event promotors to support our expansive growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a significant impact in a global rollout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to grow our brand's presence and influence.
  • Promoter Engagement: Build and develop relationships with event promoters and hosts to bring dynamic events onto our platforms.
  • Brand Alignment: Align the KK Group's companies with like-minded brands to support our global growth strategy and ensure seamless collaboration across all levels.
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives that align with our mission and create value for our community.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring all partnerships align with the values of the KK Group.
  • Global Rollout Support: Contribute to the global expansion of the KK Group by identifying opportunities for brand alignment in new and existing markets.

  • Networker: A natural relationship builder with a strong network of potential partners, promoters, and event hosts, with a proven ability to close deals and effectively leverage networking events to create opportunities.
  • Community Knowledge: Familiarity with the sex-positive community and a deep understanding of its values is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to identify and act on opportunities that will advance the KK Group's mission and global growth.
  • Passion for Mission-Driven Work: Enthusiastic about working for a mission-led organization that values inclusivity, empowerment, and innovation.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel as needed and work flexibly to accommodate partner schedules and events.
