Role overview
We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing user experience, maintaining data integrity, and driving operational efficiency in a dynamic startup environment. You will act as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, driving both daily administration and strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
Salesforce Management: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our sales and operations teams. Oversee Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
Deal Desk and Order Ops: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline deal desk processes, ensuring accurate pricing, approvals, and documentation.
Data Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity through regular cleaning, imports, exports, and audits.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, implementing best practices to enhance team productivity.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer success teams to align Salesforce configurations with business objectives
Documentation and Training: Lead on documentation of all back-end automations in Salesforce, along with providing training and ongoing support to users.
Requirements
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, preferably in a SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
Certified Salesforce Admin required. Plus: Familiarity with CPQ, and tools like LeanData, Gong, People.ai, Zoominfo etc.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including flows, validation rules, approval processes, campaigns, duplication rules and custom objects.
Familiarity with deal desk, and hyper-scaler cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP and Azure).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
