What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow, with experience customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve business efficiency.
  • Integration Skills: Proven ability to manage integrations between NetSuite and systems such as Shopify, Celigo, or Salesforce.
  • System Management: Familiarity with managing core modules such as Financials, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Experience supporting at least three NetSuite release cycles is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A track record of diagnosing and resolving complex ERP issues while optimizing system performance.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
