Join Our Team as a Senior / Proposals and Contracts Analyst - home based in the UK or any TFS EU location.

About this role

As part of our Business and Contracts team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Senior / Proposals and Contracts Analyst is responsible to facilitate and provide complete business support for the TFS business development team from client meetings to proposal generation and the negotiation and closing of contracts and change orders.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitates assigned contract processes for all contracting scenarios, including but not limited to the coordination and finalization of the customer contract including the project specifications in the budget for proposals, contracts and change orders
  • Acts as proposals and contracts knowledge holder and key interface for customers, ensuring consistency in approach, metrics, and format
  • Ensure compliance related to Proposals and Contracts team and TFS SOPs, processes, guidelines, policies, and any other related items within the Proposals and Contracts group
  • Support the sales team in meeting annual sales goals and objectives
  • Coordinates quality check for proposals and contract modifications in support of management
  • Assists management with complex tasks such as bidding template updates, bidding calculators and process improvement tools
  • Ensures all team members are trained on new processes and client requirements
  • Serve as mentor to new analysts and provide training as needed to ensure team processes are efficient and effective

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Superior understanding of sales/proposal writing/budget generation processes
  • Knowledge of TFS / CRO business
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (minimally Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Superior ability to coordinate information from and follow up with diverse sources in order to meet clients’ requirements for proposal and budget development
  • Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior analytical and math skills
  • Willingness to travel according to the needs of the business development strategy and to company meetings as required
