We’re now looking for a VP of Marketing to support our growth and join our Veterinary BU. Reporting directly to the CEO, Veterinary, your main goal is to lead our global marketing team and efforts. In this role, you will develop our marketing strategy and international expansion through a multichannel approach. The ultimate goal is for increased marketing spend to deliver the best return as a customer acquisition strategy (CAC/new ARR) ! 🚀
Your key responsibilities include:
Define the global marketing strategy across channels and regions in alignment with company OKRs.
Lead a high-performing global marketing team by setting clear and ambitious goals, developing streamlined and scalable processes, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier marketing talent.
Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, focusing on high-impact initiatives supported by data-driven metrics and insights.
Define and champion the Provet Cloud brand as the leading solution for veterinary clinics worldwide, while acting as our internal communications champion to foster our company culture by leading town halls and organizing engaging global events.
Continue to refine and guide the execution of a Product Marketing strategy that ensures seamless delivery of new features and releases to customers and prospects to drive adoption, engagement and satisfaction.
Support the continued evolution of Growth Marketing to meet lead generation and revenue goals.
Continue to build SEO/SEM programs with Digital Marketing and Content Marketing, ensuring our website is optimised and converting appropriately.
Maintain a pulse on the Veterinary industry, identifying and watching key trends, press, and market changes.
What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have a proven track record in leading an international marketing team and have experience in growth marketing, product, and brand in B2B SaaS.
In addition, we humbly look for:
Strong experience in maturing marketing operations and strategy, with a special talent in product and data-driven digital marketing (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social). Experience of ABM strategies would be a plus but is not required!
A high EQ to deftly navigate a changing business landscape and wield influence across various teams. You are a relationship builder with skills to foster a sense of community with cross-functional stakeholder
A servant leader who loves coaching people to perform at their best
Skilled in translating complex dependencies into adaptive resourcing when plans change
Experience in selecting, implementing and activating the best tools, including process and KPI’s
Resilience and grit to creating and refining processes to get the right outcomes faster
Work well with data, and has a highly analytical approach to problem-solving
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
A good understanding of the product development lifecycle
