This is a remote position.

Job Higlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Merrylands NSW

Job Description

Dive into the exciting world of peer-to-peer car sharing as a Senior Admin Assistant specializing in Turo operations. You’ll be instrumental in managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, optimizing listings, and ensuring seamless experiences for both car owners and renters. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, and operations management, all within the rapidly evolving sharing economy. 

Responsibilities
  • Craft and optimize compelling car listings on Turo to maximize visibility and bookings
  • Manage customer inquiries, facilitating smooth communication between owners and renters
  • Leverage Turo tools to streamline booking processes and boost vehicle utilization rates
  • Monitor and respond to user reviews, maintaining high service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and logistics efficiently
  • Generate insightful reports on performance metrics and market trends
  • Adapt quickly to new Turo features and industry developments
  • General office admin work as needed


Requirements
  • 5+ years of virtual admin assistant experience, customer support experience or similar role
  • Experience with Turo platform is an advantage, training can be provide
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management in a remote setting
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Digital marketing savvy to enhance listing performance
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance requirements
  • Adaptability to evolving platform features and market trends
  • Enthusiasm for the car-sharing industry and its potential
