Your role:
- Manage catalog data teams across business units (BUs) to ensure alignment with business goals, optimize resource allocation, and meet performance metrics and SLAs.
- Act as the main point of contact for BU stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, addressing needs, and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Drive improvements in catalog management by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices; foster continuous learning within the team.
- Mentor BU leads, conduct performance reviews, and develop succession plans to promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Mathematics preferred, with 12+ years in product or catalog data management, including 5+ years in people management.
- Extensive experience in data management, strong logical and analytical abilities, and proficiency in Salesforce.com, with knowledge of Qlikview, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and SAP as a plus.
- Proven ability to lead geographically diverse teams in shared services or matrixed environments, with skills in metric, people, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts, influence multiple stakeholders, and align operations with long-term business goals;
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is US $120,000 to US $170,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
