Join our Support team as a Team Lead, where you’ll have the opportunity to grow, lead, and make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Support Audio Engineers in Mexico, fostering their growth and development.
Interacting with users by video call, chat, and email.
Assist with setting up customers for remote recording and offer live troubleshooting.
Ensure the highest quality customer service, while working in a remote environment.
Continuously learn and develop one's skill set.
Work with other teams to deliver the voice of the customer to our product team.
Work closely with R&D to solve issues fast and efficiently.
Provide our knowledge team with needed drafts for articles, internal knowledge, and training.

Requirements

This makes you a good fit:

1+ years of experience in team management or leading a small team.
1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer.
Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles).
Working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g. Pro Tools).
Based in Mexico.
Tech-savvy. Solution-oriented.
Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems
Quick learner and loves it.
Enjoy helping people.
High level of empathy
Native level English - must!
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High flexibility for schedule changes.
A minimum of 30 MBPS internet speed when working from home.
A degree in audio/sound engineering, audio recording program, or theatre arts focusing on audio/sound, and or a related field is a plus.
