Marketing Campaign Analyst
Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for driving multichannel campaign success? We are seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our clients' marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading discovery efforts, gathering critical information from clients and internal stakeholders, and translating business needs into comprehensive campaign plans. You will develop deep knowledge of each client's unique business and data landscape to ensure their marketing objectives are met through targeted, efficient, and compliant campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and disseminate detailed solution documentation and campaign plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to engineering and development teams throughout platform implementations and campaign builds
- Oversee quality assurance and testing for marketing technology configurations and campaign deployments
- Manage change controls and coordinate with stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal and client teams, triaging requests and sharing your deep knowledge of platform capabilities and limitations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing-focused role, working with campaign management solutions
- Proven track record of working with cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications
- Solid understanding of campaign execution processes, audience segmentation, industry best practices, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of responsiveness to clients and internal teams
- Experience with quality assurance and testing in a campaign setting, including defining test plans and reviewing configurations
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities across multiple projects and team members
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar, is a plus
