Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually

Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to work at a SaaS based company in the healthcare space. This is a full time, direct hire position. For immediate consideration email your resume to rkissinger@judge.com.

In this role you will be the strategic storyteller for a crucial market segment. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging, for the leading SaaS practice management tool serving mental health professionals.

We are looking for someone with healthcare industry experience and/or a track record of success crafting digital buying journeys and supporting professional sellers. A data-driven senior product marketing manager who thrives on owning programs, uncovering market opportunities, and creating meaningful connections with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Lead go-to-market efforts for product launches, collaborating with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams.
  • Own Product Positioning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to create differentiated and persuasive messaging for our products.
  • Elevate Brand Leadership: Create white papers, thought leadership content, webinars, and industry reports to establish company as a leader in the mental healthcare space.
  • Create Winning Content: Build a program to ensure success at every stage of the digital buying journey, including developing winning content with our in-house agency.
  • Enable Sales Success: Develop content for sales enablement, including case studies, ROI tools, buyer guides, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product management to develop pricing and packaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a demonstrated ability to own programs end-to-end.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Background in healthcare SaaS or a strong aptitude for learning healthcare terminology and concepts quickly.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using data and insights to inform and optimize product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories.
  • Collaborative Leader: Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs to drive meaningful impact.
