As a Diverse Investment Career Summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional investment consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, energetic, action-oriented environment. Over the course of 2 days and 8 hours, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in consulting and build a network for a future summer externship or full-time analyst position.

WHAT WE VALUE
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or interest in learning more about business-related areas
- Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in investment consulting
- Current freshman or sophomore graduating in 2027 or 2028
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
