T-Rex Solutions, LLC has an opening for an IDIQ Director to join our Profit and Loss (P&L) Growth Team. We are seeking a growth and team-oriented proven leader to lead our IDIQs. You will be responsible for optimization of IDIQ task order business processes and business winning activities such as leading task order pursuits on existing IDIQs; tracking and monitoring activity on IDIQs; call planning and marketing T-Rex capabilities and expertise to customers; and executive status briefings & reporting. This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of our P&L organization. The IDIQ Director is expected to develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders to grow the business. Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and maintain task order management repository, driving pipeline across IDIQs
- Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with our IDIQ partners, internal stakeholders, MPJV/CTA partners, and industry partners that drive growth
- Develop engagement strategy and execute call planning with partners and stakeholders
- Oversee the distribution of task order RFIs and RFPs to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in and contribute to IDIQ strategy, provide guidance on strategy for agency IDIQs and other Best in Class Multi-Award Contracts.
- Collaborate with P&L leads, growth & strategy leads, solutions architects, and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for IDIQ contracts related business winning decisions
- Act as a liaison with Business Line Leaders to identify potential organic growth opportunities with existing task orders and in adjacent spaces. Liaison with internal customers to communicate information regarding contract changes and other relevant data
- Manage and coordinate GWAC/IDIQ deliverables, development of Monthly/Quarterly Reports, and support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for all IDIQs/GWACs; ensuring such deliverables are submitted accurately and on time
- Track IDIQ and TO metrics
- Maintain contract vehicle reference material and collateral.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years leadership and management experience (equivalent experience) in growth and IDIQ fulfillment and management operations
- Must have government contracting experience. Working knowledge of US Government contracting, contract types, and procurement processes
- Previous experience winning new business in support of IDIQ task orders, including advanced shaping and influence operations
- Ability to work across industry to represent the company with customers, strategic partners, and industry consortiums
- Experience and familiarity with business development industry best practices (Shipley, Lohfeld)
- Ability to provide executive level briefings as well as strong collaboration and communication skills to successful drive business outcomes

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
