Help Slovak-speaking customers solve technical issues for leading tech products via phone, chat, and email. Your day-to-day:

  • Answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email and chat
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and effectively
  • Create a positive experience for each customer with friendly and professional communication
  • Collaborate with your team and share feedback with management to keep improving
