Amazon Wholesale Operations Manager

Join our dynamic team of e-commerce professionals as an exceptional Operations Manager for a successful Amazon Wholesale Company based in the USA. This full-time remote opportunity allows you to take charge of overall operations and lead a small team to help take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

- Team Management:

Implement strategies to achieve growth targets.

Oversee and manage a compact, efficient team.

Oversee processes and make sure tasks are distributed efficiently.

- Product Sourcing:

Hunt for products with an ROI greater than 30% 15% Net at the lowest Keepa yearly listing price.

Utilize Keepa charts and historical data to identify products with high-profit potential.

Engage in reverse sourcing to secure goods at optimized costs.

Discard conventional price lists for innovative pricing strategies.

- Product Listings Management:

Optimize listings with researched keywords, ensuring the descriptions, images, and all elements are up to Amazon's top-tier standards.

Monitoring and fixing backend health pictures, description, oz.

- Inventory & Suppliers Management:

Manage inventory to prevent overstock or stock-outs, aligning with sales predictions and market demands.

Nurture relationships with suppliers, ensuring steady product supply through negotiated contracts.

Comprehensively understand Amazon's FBA logistics and streamline fulfilment processes.

Handle vendor sourcing, relations, and procurement tasks.

CRM Implementation and Management

- Reporting:

Utilize Excel to perform profit and loss calculations.

Extract key insights from sales, market trends, and customer behavior using data analytics tools. Generate insightful reports for strategic decisions.


Qualifications:

Background in Business Management, Operations, or a relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Amazon wholesale model.

Proficiency with CRM tools (Vendrive or other)

Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end operations.

Managed a compact team effectively.

Proven skills in overseeing inventory, supplier relationships, and logistics.

Aptitude to drive efficiency and growth in wholesale distribution.

Proficiency with the Keepa tool.

Full-time role spanning 40 hours a week.

Preference for candidates available during full EST hours. However, a minimum 4-hour overlap with EST will be considered.
